Under the partonage of Dr.Mohammad Al-Husseni; Minister of Finance, the openning sessions of  "The 6th Int'l Financial and Investment Institutions Forum" was opened  on  Monday, 17th November 2008 at Sheraton Hotel – Damascus.

   

More than 500 participants attended the Forum, among them were ambassadors,  minister aids, conservatives and executive managers of banks, capital markets, stock  exchanges, insurance and banking company, governmental economic bodies especially the free zones and industrial cities, besides to a huge number of investors, merchants, industrial and specialist in the finance and business sectors. Form many different Arab and foreign countries (Iran, turkey, Italy, Belguim, UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Libya, Sudan, Palestine, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon and in addition to Syria)
