Under the Patronage of Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohammad Al-Hussein the opening session of “The 4th Damascus insurance Forum” was opened on Sunday, 5th April 2009, at Sheraton Hotel- Damascus.

    

More than 500 participants of chairmen, executive managers and heads of the Governing Council for insurers and reinsurers - companies, medical services, and the insurance brokers and agents attended the Forum from many different Arab and Foreign countries (Britain, Switzerland, France, Russia, Germany, Tunisia, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, in addition to Syria).
