The ICT Security Forum in Syria started its activities with participation of many Arab and foreigners experts in IT & communication Technology security in Syria, at Four Seasons - Damascus on Monday morning 30/7/2008.
With The Official Sponsors of  Syrian Computer Society (SCS), Union of Arab ICT Associations (IJMA3) and Arab Regional ISPs & DSPs Association (ARISPA).
The participant of the 3rd forum has been doubled to reach 700 persons, who are representing Elite of the most important International field specialized companies from ministries, directorates, financial institutions, Internet Service Providers, software designers, training centers, private industrial commercial companies and academies, who come to learn the latest developments on trends and threats, improve their skills, network with elite experts in this field. From many countries ( Malaysia, Germany, Russia, Italy, Swaziland, Canada, Cyprus, India, UAE, Bahrain, KSA, Egypt, Libya, Iran, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria)  

The Forum activities started under the patronage of Dr. Amr Salem, the Syrian Minister of Communications and Technology, he started with a speech welcoming the attendance and wished them to get the benefit from this forum. In addition, he mentioned the importance of 3rd ICT Security Forum after the great success of the former two forums to spot light on the latest technologies in ICT Security.

Taking a close look at the pioneering international expertise in the Field of ICT Security, Providing a very important chance to brainstorming with ICT Security masters and the most up-to-date related issues.
